Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions about our cleaning services.

What are your prices?

You can see our prices on our booking form without booking. You do not have to add your personal information. Simply select your home size and extras. Then you will be given a final price at the bottom of the form.

What’s included in our flat-rate services?

All our flat-rate cleans are calculated based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have in your home. Additionally, all living areas, dining, and kitchen areas will be sparkling clean too! (Any additional rooms such as studies, theaters, home offices are considered as bedrooms.)

Deep Cleanings and/or Move In/Out Cleanings will give you more cleaning hours for the cleaners to stay longer to do a more detailed cleaning. It will include things that are not normally included in a standard cleaning such as cleaning baseboards among others.

Any ‘extra’ not selected on the form is NOT included in your cleaning.

What is a Deep Clean?

A deep clean is for customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in a while or for homes in a bad condition. This allows our cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home. It will include additional things not included in our standard cleaning, such as baseboards among other items. You can also give the cleaners custom instructions.

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

We only accept Credit Card or PayPal. We do not accept cash. We require a valid credit card (or PayPal) on file at the time of booking. We will place a hold on this card as your cleaning day approaches. You will only be charged after the cleaning is completed.

Do you clean inside windows and outside (exterior) windows?

We can only clean inside windows. We can NOT clean outside (exterior) windows.

Hoarding & Hazardous Condition Policy

We welcome hoarding cleanings but we require them to be booked as an hourly service. We charge $45 per hour per cleaner for however long it takes the cleaners to complete the cleaning. We reserve the right to increase the hourly price depending on the condition of the home.

If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above our normal cleaning environment that is covered by our cleaning packages, our cleaning teams have the right to walk away. Upon such a service, you will be charged a $75 booking fee due to holding your space in our schedule.

We do not clean poop, blood, or other bio-hazardous material.

Do you bring the cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all supplies that are needed. We can also use your supplies if you would like.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured and bonded so your home is in safe hands.

How many cleaners do you send?

It depends on the size of your home and what kind of cleaning you need. Unless there is unusual circumstances you will have 1-2 cleaners.

If you book an hourly service then you have the choice of selecting the number of cleaners. Remember, our minimum 3 hours always applies, and our price is always per hour per each cleaner.

Do you do laundry or the dishes?

Yes, we do both laundry, dishes, and even more.

Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?

Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. If you won’t be there, we just need a way to get in. Remember that no other cleaning company in Northwest Arkansas is as strict and discriminating in their hiring practices as we are. We can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like.

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

Sure, you will receive a confirmation email when you book, and within that email, there will be a link where you can change your booking at any time.

Do you clean the Ceiling, Ceiling Fans, Chandeliers or other high areas with a ladder?

Unfortunately, we do not bring a ladder and we can not go up on a ladder even if you provide one due to liability. We can go on a small step stool (2-3 steps only) to clean slightly higher but you must provide the step stool. Please mention in the special instructions if you will provide a step stool. If the area you need cleaned is not reachable by hand from a small step stool then we can not clean it.

Do you clean outside my house such as backyard?

Normally we do not clean outside your house and it is not included in a standard cleaning package, or deep cleaning package or move in out cleaning package or post construction cleaning package. However, depending on the situation and what exactly you need done, we might be able to clean the backyard for an additional fee. Please call us first and confirm your details before booking.

Do you steam clean carpets, rugs or upholstery?

Unfortunately we do not provide any steam cleaning services. We only vacuum the carpets.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

If I’m not there how will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?

We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 

  • If you have a security system you can simply unlock your door remotely.
  • You may give us a key.
  • You can leave a key under the door mat on the day of cleaning.
  • You can give us the code to the garage.
  • You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.
